Our Review for Hollywood Place
At Hollywood Place, tenants do not have to make a choice between tranquility and excitement of city living. Whether you want to hike at a park or go out for a night in the city, it is easy to do both at Hollywood Place. These properties feature many amenities and size and price options. Rent ranges anywhere from $1300-$2500. While the property is very pretty, some residents have felt that the maintenance of the property is not kept up with as much as it should be, but some of that has to do with tenants not maintaining their personal property as well as they should. Inquiries can be made during office hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Monday-Saturday; and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday.

I have been a resident for the past 3 years. I recommended Hollywood Place to my friend and she told me about all of the bad reviews she found online. When I went to look, I couldn't believe what I was reading. Honestly, it's a very nice building. The managers do a great job on keeping it as nice as possible. They have a nice pool, fitness center, BBQ pits, and a new fire pit. Whenever minor things happen in my unit, the maintenance guys come the same day and are very nice.
All I could think of as to why people say such bad things, is because they are just bitter. My rent has increased over the years, but no more than $50 a year.
I definitely recommend it here!! Its in a perfect location on Hollywood!

I lived here and the rent increased 500 dollars in 2 years. Horrible management all the way to the top of Stratus. Elevators chances are you will find yourself taking the stairs or stuck inside of one. If you bring a pet forget it. They will say they damaged everything even the ceiling. Unhappy tenants that are all ready to move out within the first 3 months. There are better properties in the area. Keep looking! <P>
