MASSELIN PARK WEST IS BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. THE LOCKS DON'T WORK WELL ON THE MAIN DOORS AND SAFETY IS A MAJOR ISSUE. PARKING GARAGES ARE VERY UNSAFE WITH POORLY LIT AREAS AND NUMEROUS BREAK INS. MANAGEMENT COMPANY (TOPPA?) IS THE WORST LEASING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE AREA...
