Review for Masselin Park West Apartments

DO NOT EVER live here! remember when you guys were in college and there were those dorm floor leaders, yes the manager is no different. She even tells you she will break her own rule if she doesnt like you and will do something about it. She admits to having power and that we the residence are under her grasp. She threatens with messing up your credit for things that she probably cant, but its just unfriendly. You will always hear her fighting with a tenant about something. She violates rules by saying she will enter whenever she wants and say its an emergency even if its not. She is sexist, and also discriminates on age, and race. She discloses other tenants personal information. As of now i know about a few residence that moved out due to finacial problems, which i have no personal history with them. She just disclosed it to chit chat. The water is also shut off during peak useage hours, you will GURANTEE get your water shut off 3-5 times a month. for about 4 -5 hours. sometimes even longer. and without notice. There also the discovery channel here. So many different insects, spiders and bugs EVERYWHERE every corner even on the celings. I learned so much about spiders just living here, seeing them mate, fight, eat. There is just so much more i think you should just avoid this place at all cost.....reel and bait type of people. write one thing on there webpage and when you come say another thing. AVOID AT ALL COST
