If You Like Broken Elevators, No Water And A Rude

The secure parking has had several break ins and at least one car stolen. The Manager is rude and beligerant.(also racist) She lies. I have been locked in the garage and could not get to work because the electric garage door breaks and there is no emergency release. The elevator works properly about 50% of the time. the carpet is stained and smells. The water is off at least twice a month for hours at a time. The landlord has make comments that are racist.
