Our Review for Metro 417

Metro 417 is on South Hill Street, right in the heart of the Pershing Square part of Los Angeles’ Downtown. A walk around the block and tenants will find a number of establishments to visit, including Taco House, Club Fantasy, Casa India, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Rite Aid, and the Roxie Theatre. Some reviewers have complained that the apartments are overpriced, but, Metro 417 has received a number of positive reviews. Reviewers have been pleased with the maintenance staff and quality of the construction of the units, in addition to the rooftop garden and on-site gym.
