Home of the stars!?! Hah! More like the home of the drug dealing, alcohol guzzling, pimp lair! Seriously, moving here would be the biggest mistake! I moved to Oakwood Toluca Hills two years ago....I remember first viewing the apartment and thinking to myself "Why am I living in a 70's dorm."? The furniture is tasteless, as are the staff. The friendliest people are those who own the convenient store. Oakwood Toluca Hills may be close to everything you want, but, if you prefer a quiet, private, non-threatening lifestyle than Oakwood is not for you! Endless robberies, endless noise that carries on into the wee hours of the morning, and horrible people. End of story....don't move here.
