Worst Apartment In Los Angeles!

I can imagine a worse place to live than Park La Brea. The Garden Apartments have appliances from the 1950's that constantly break down. The maintenance staff are slow to respond to requests and they never do a good job. I have had almost 50 service requests in less than a year. The worst issue we have had is with cockroaches. We have had pest control come out on 3 separate occassions and we are still finding bugs all over the place. Please stay far away from this place. Don't let the killer location get in the way of your better judgement.
