Apartment Review for Portland Courtyard

Each house has so many bed bugs than you imagine because even though u keep it clean eventually it wil come no matter whatsoever. And once when cockroaches starts coming it will never stop.
Addin oil to the fire , u have the worst manager you could ever imagine constantly jus barging into the house without permission, flirting with girls and being as rude as possible. When you move into the apartment he will act nice coz he has to rent the apt. But once you move in he will bug u like a bug.
People just move out of the apt jus because of this manager.
His office hours is from 10-5.But I haven't seen him once there. Very unapproachable guy. Appears to be sincere but such an ***. He acts as if he pays rents for you. He bosses you arnd .
Its far from college compared to so may houses at other portland street near frat houses(28th street) and W 27th street.
Adding all to this, its very very expensive. 1375$ for a single bedroom and also a 50$ bribe for the fourth person. He hides that he gets bribe from portland courtyard. You get very good houses at ellendale,other portland street which is lor safer, W27th street and west adams.
Don't get flattered by its first looks.
