Apartment Review for Regency Palm Court

I've done with my one year contract, and after that they've raised my rent wayyyyy a lot more than the contract which is 50% of raising total. The only think I liked from this apartment was plenty of parking spaces and fast maintenance service. other than that, the units are sooo tiny with this price, it's not worth it at all, and furthermore, weired neighborhood facing each other. Moreover, they do a crafty trick when they raise a rent to avoid the law under the California rental control as well. Never again with Bre property.
