Apartment Review for Regency Palm Court

The parking is good because it's assigned parking and you get 2 spaces. However it is really noisy here with a lot of screaming children all the time. It's also not the prettiest apartment building, the pictures on their website make it look a lot nicer than it is. In the picture where it has a big sliding glass door with the blinds, it actually looks out to the walk area where everyone can look directly into your apartment, so we absolutely never open the blinds and it's always really dark inside. Strange layout to have a view to nothing.
