Review for Sunshine City Apartments

I have live at this complex for over 10 years. In that time we have seen several managers come and go. The manager that is currently there has been there since Feb. 2002 and is the best one this property has ever had. Loretta and her husband Mike work very hard to keep the property clean and safe for everyone. They are always available to help out with anything at all no matter what time day or night. They are the most pleasant people and treat everyone like family. Unfortunately they haven't been treated the best by the General Manager who likes to treat her managers like second class citizens and she doesn't appreciate anything they do. There has been a lot of upgrades done to the property and it is definitely much better then when I first moved in here. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for clean, affordable studio living. The only reason I am moving is because I am moving out of country for school otherwise I would stay here as long as they let me.You won't find better management at any other apartment complex that makes you feel as welcome as this property.
