I've lived in Sunshine for three years and I love it. I love the people in the building and the building is well-kept. Mainly because the managers take such good care of the place. Loretta and Mike are amazing and run a tight ship. They both work their butts off inside and out and respect all their tenants. Very rare to have such detailed and down-home management in a city like Los Angeles. I've stayed here longer than i thought mainly because of them. Great location as well. very clean and quiet.
