The Brentwood Tuscany resides in a safe neighborhood tucked away from the city rush. The UCLA campus is nearby with Jackie Robinson Stadium minutes from the complex, making trips to see the Bruins baseball team extremely convenient. Several excellent schools surround the area including The Archer School for Girls, Brentwood Lower School, Brentwood Science Magnet, and Paul Revere Charter Middle School. Those looking for outdoor activities don't have to look very far - Heroes Golf Course and Barrington Dog Park are just in the backyard of the building. Tenant reviews from 2010 and 2011 have only raved about the building's prime location and well-kept property, while older 2008 reviewers complained about the management style.
