Review for Villa Azure Apartments

Villa Azure has well maintained grounds. Its kinda has the Vegas feel out by the pool. The ameneties are great. Apartments are kinda small for the money, but I enjoyed living there for awhile. However, when the management changed things started to go. The Security gate on the one entrance was broken for two months before we left and was still broken six months after we left. Anyone could get in. That didn't make me feel too safe. There were several break ins. The weekends were loud and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing. I heard gunshots and smelled pot alot. Office staff changed and most of them were not polite. They tried to rip us off when we moved out by charging us 60 dollars for cleaning and 150 for a "partial" paint job. I cleaned that place top to bottom and was spotless. Who charges 150 dollars for a partial paint job? In the end we fought them and received the 150 back, but not the 60. That ended up working out in the end. We moved out in April 2005. I'm not sure how it is now. I hope better. I know alot of people were moving out when we were.
