Villa Azure- Think Twice!

The complex is eye candy. As far as living, hope you have ear plugs. The entire complex echoes and if you rent there, don't pick an apt across from the trash chute. Tenants go in and out the trash chute all night and day so you will hear the door slam and trash going down the chute especially when you are trying to sleep. Also the walls are very thin so you will hear everything, I mean everything! But the complex is gated with security and it has a gym, pool, jacuzzi, cabanas. Don't let the luxury outweigh your living circumstances if you are thinking about moving there. For the price of the rent it's not worth it. I pay $1459 month and can afford it, but I don't plan on renewing my lease. Good luck!
