As a new comer to Los Angeles and needing a place close to 405 and to my place of work this place seem to fit the bill. Wow was I wrong!! Loud is all I can say, people seem to have no respect for others, don't know for sure but seems to be a mix of gangers, fools like me--(green and new to L.A.), students, kids, punks, etc.

If you want to experince the ugly side of L.A., this is the place. People here were rude, unfriendly, mean looks on everyone's face, some even scary and some were just plain gangster looking. I know this sounds almost racist, but I am black and some of my "BROs" gave me the creeps. For an extra $150 a month you can live in a more peaceful environment 4 miles up Centinela at Playa Vista and get away from the rif/raf.

For the money $1500 (1 bedroom), there are alot of other places that provide one with more security and with more peaceful and professional Neighbors.

I am sorry but the place is not for most of us professional working people, who are looking to get some peaceful rest in the evenings and on the weekends.
