Don't Waste Your Time/Money

For the money paid, you should expect more. There are NO parking spaces for guests, several children are left unattended, and "courtesy partol" is a joke (they are completely worthless). My apartment is well under 1,000 sq ft, but my rent is $1,700/mo. I will DEFINITELY move out at the end of my lease. Treadmills are constantly broken, the remote control for workout televisions never works, and management doesn't seemed too concerned about it. Having a property id is a complete JOKE. Several non-residents are always in the pool/jaccuzi. Management should learn how to treat/take care of their residents, instead of having an attitude all the time.
