The Pool Was Lovely And Kept Nice And Warm....

We lived here for a short time while some work was done on our house. The pool is lovely, and the grounds are pretty. There is no neighborhood feeling and its hard to get to know other people living in the complex. Laundry rooms were expensive and difficult to use (pre-paid laundry card had to be purchased in the gym, far away from laundry rooms). Also, the washers and dryers were expensive, but not good quality. Someone stole my laundry cart when I left it in the laundry room while waiting for my clothes to dry.

We rarely had trouble w/guest parking, but hauling groceries up from the underground parking garage to the apartment was always a challenge.

Getting the approval to move in this complex was difficult even though we had plenty of money in the bank.

I heard tales of serial apartment robberies while we were living there, but other than the stolen laundry cart had no other problems.

All in alll, a decent place to live if you are not home much and are single or a busy couple. The pool and gym are nice and its in a good location to commute around town. Not family friendly or a good place for people with kids.
