Good At First, Worst At The End

I moved in February in 2007. It looks gorgeous outside, with gates and nice pool.
However, Parking and office/management is horrible, and bad noise protections...
Sometimes when I call office during dinner time to ask some questions about things I need to know, she however speaks to me in a bad voice tone, like "I" am some sort of customer rep.
I had a nice feeling at first, but I'm VERY disappointed in their management and treatment to residents.
Though they ask to pay $70/m to get reserved parking space, even if someone else parks at my spot they can't tow it cuz it's a car of another resident. Don't understand why I need to pay $70/m for this service. I also didn't have to seal with paying extra $18/m for home insurance in other apts. It's just WEIRD system.
