Westwood Villa puts tenants 15 minutes from the ocean and a short distance from the University of California – Los Angeles campus. Interstates 10 & 405 meet right near the premises, so renters can reach other parts of the city with ease. Right down the road are CVS, Radio Shack, IHOP, Bagel Factory, Bank of America, and Starbucks, just to name a few. Some reviewers were underwhelmed with the service and maintenance of the complex. However, other reviews said the staff and maintenance are great and easy to work with. One reviewer states highway noise is a given, considering the close proximity, and is not bothered enough to leave Westwood Villa.
