Review for William Holdings Apartments

The management is very under-handed. On numerous occasions they've tried to bully tenants into paying extra rental fees. These rent increases were illegal but the management hoped tenants would be so intimidated by the official tone of the letters, that they would just pay it. Units are overpriced for being in a neighborhood overrun by bums, panhandlers and plenty of other unsavory characters. Parking is not available and street parking is IMPOSSIBLE and despite pleas to the management they make no effort to check into street permits for their tenants. Any type of building improvement is suspiciously followed by a notification of a rent increase. Everything about their operation is sleazy. Don't believe the good reviews on this site--they are most likely damage control written by the William Holdings management. I have NEVER met a William Holdings tenant who had anything positive to say about them. They seem nice enough before you sign the lease and after that they will come to define the term SLUMLORDS!
