RECENTLY THERE WAS A PIPE BURST WITHIN THE AJOINING WALL. THE MANAGEMENT NOT ONLY REPAIRED THE LEAK WITHIN HOURS BUT ALSO GAVE ME A PRORATED CREDIT FOR RENT AND REPLACED MY CARPET AND REPAINTED MY APARTMENT WITHIN 3 DAYS. I HAVE BEEN A TENANT FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THANK YOU WILLIAM.
