Review for William Holdings Apartments

I haven't been able to sleep the past week due to my stress, disgustion, and frustration with William Holdings.

Roaches. Roaches. Roaches...we've had someone come in to fumigate, and apparently, it didnt quite do the trick. Pretty sad that I don't ever go into the kitchen at night even for a glass of water because I know I will see roaches everywhere the second I flip on the lights. And now we are finding roaches in our bedrooms.

Empty promises-My roommate and I were told we would have 3 AC units installed in our apartment- we only have ONE and have been living there for over two months. We have called William Holdings and they told us it would be a couple of more months. Funny, they had promised us it would be taken care of within 4 weeks of living there.

No internet- we were told we would have the internet working by the end of August. I called William Holdings. I pretty much was told the internet situation would have to be taken care of between my roommate and I and that, unlike promised, William Holdings would not provide our internet service. So basically, it was a big fat lie the day we were told we would have the internet working through WH

Other things- such as William Holdings sugarcoating the apartment itself and the terrible neighborhood- have made me have no respect for this company. Basically, they act really nice when you meet them...but they don't care at all. They want your money. They tell lies to make things sound peachy. And then they screw you. The End.
