Do not rent a place from these people. They charge extra for dumpster pickup, for DirecTV, and the apartments are infested with roaches. Many of the people who work for them are as dishonest and mean-spirited as the owner, who only demonstrates contempt for his tenants. The apartments are overpriced based on the neighborhood in which they are located. Do not rent from them even if you are desperate.
