I am surprised by the bad reviews posted here about William Holdings. I've been living in one of their units for over a year and they have totally done a great job renovating the building and they react immediately or at the most within 24 hours of any concern, of which there have been few. The buildng is quiet, bug-free, and aesthetic. It is obvious to me that the management cares about making a good living place for the tenants. It is priced the same as other neighboring units but the quality appears better. I moved here from out of state and feel that I made a great choice sight unseen. Thanks William Holdings Company!
