Review for William Holdings Apartments

Absolute slumlords! These people are liars, cheats, and have no morals or ethics at all. I just got into a shouting match yesterday with one of the jerks who informed me that although they may have promised hardwood floors & to have the airconditioner fixed, and the blinds fixed, and the dishwasher fixed, and an oven that works before I moved in that because I didn't get it in writing it was not agreed to. Also it took weeks to finally get them to finally replace my oven & they only did so after I threatened to break my lease due to my neighbor shooting himself with an illegal firearm in the common area. They also raised my security deposit when they raised my rent & had a $500 non-refundable pet deposit (which is not legal in California.) They promise things and never do them & their idea of an hour is really 3 hours or never. They also left my door unlocked an open all day when I was at work & this is perfectly acceptable to them. Their Lexington apartment complex carport floods every time it rains & in the center (where of course I was was parked) it floods all the way up to my ankles. When they finally did put in my new oven the idiot that installed it couldn't turn it off, so he just left it on all day & left the premises so when I got home late that night my apartment was well over 100 degrees and the gas company had to come out & actually deemed the apartment hazardous. NEVER EVER rent from William Holdings, unless you are masochistic.

As I am unable to actually remove an inaccuracy above - I would like to clarify something I said above. They did not have a $500 non-refundable pet deposit - they had a $500 non-refundable holding deposit & I was confused. Everything else that I said was completely factual.
