Evil Exists In Los Angeles

Rented: From 2006 To 2009

Unquestionably the worst scumbag landlords ever. Despite always paying on-time and being a great tenant, they illegally raised my rent and came pounding at my door at 3am two days before rent was due, screaming that they would put my stuff out on the curb if I didn't pay right away. The company's maintenance guy clumsily broke some of my stuff when attempting to make a repair and never paid for it, then called me a liar for trying to get money out of them (a repair, btw, made over a year after I requested and only after I had the city of LA intervene) I finally moved out after I caught one of them inside my apartment when they thought I was at work! Total nightmare.
