Apartment Review for Villa Venetia Apartments

I had been a tenant from 1996 on. I have seen this once beautiful oasis turn itno the pits of ****, literarly. The management was taken over by Lyons and nothing is done. NOTHING. The place is shoddy, in need of paint, the plumbing is terrible, everything leaks, the carpeting in the halls are disgusting and stained. It has turned into a pit. There used to be a whole team of maintenance people on site, now there is one guy and an assistant for everything The people in the office are rude. The woman Sarah has ice cubes running through her veins instead of blood. She and Steve are rude and inefficient. I advise you NOT to move there. The view is beautiful, that's about all. Shame on you Lyons for letting this once incredible place turn into a slum. Pretty disgusting. So glad I am finally out of there.
