Apartment Reviews for Strawberry Apartments - Mill Valley

This place is good if you are a student or are a new couple. Wouldn't recommend this place for a family as it has only one pool that is barely ever heated. (so not much for the kids here) and this place has no gym or spa or common rooms it literally just has the laundry rooms, the parking spaces and the apartments. The only things we have ever had a problem with is that we had some questionable neighbors at one point but they were quickly evicted. They recently got us all new screen doors which looks nice. I disagree with the previous poster we have never had the leasing office staff stick their noses in our business. Even the managers who live in the actually building (Rick and Michelle) are super nice and Rick has helped us on many occasions with problems or little mishaps. It is right around Belvedere and Tiburon so this place is quite nice and pretty and if you're lucky enough to get a freeway facing apartment you'll have a view of Mt. Tamalpais which is awesome. My friend and I have lived here for about a year now and we love it. We are sadly moving out soon but its not because of anything wrong here.
