Apartment Review for Avalon Mission Viejo

The apatment complex is quite, well kept and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER...the parking policy leaves little to be desired. There is no guest parking and if someone does park at the complex, he will be towed. There is also no street parking. Inorder to have a guest car, you must get a pass from the office during office hours. This means you need to know before 6 pm that you will have someone staying or they simply cannot park anywhere.

The security *which I didn't even know we had* is VERY RUDE and unhelpful. I had someone who was going to park (illigally of course because he did not live there) for 5 mins to walk me to my door at 4AM and security approached, didn't identify himself, his company or offer assistance, and simply told us to leave. It's just rediculous that I cannot have an overnight guest without asking permission well in advance. Oh, and only one overnight car per apartment. Period. The office will not budge on this.

I had to call maintainance three times to get my running toilet fixed.

They have front loading washers, nice.
