Apartment Review for Avalon Mission Viejo

There are about 15 kids who all hang out together outside, yelling, screaming, skating. The patrol company (Patrol-One) does nothing. The front office is powerless to do anything about it, at 9:30 at night the staff are long gone, and would like US to move rather than complain any more. <P>
