Apartment Review for Avalon Mission Viejo

There are groups of children (6-10) who constantly play in the court yards, running, and making noise. I like my windows open until late evening, but I have to sometimes close them, just to sleep or hear my TV. I've lived here for over 2 years, and recently, it's become unbearable. The office personnel don't seem to care when I file a complaint. I had a guest over for 4 or 5 hours recently, and when he returned to his car at 8:30PM, there was a parking violation notice on his windshield. The office never stated guests' vehicles could be cited, if parked after 8PM. I would not recommend living here, if you need peace and quiet. Oh yeah, they have a so-called security gate, which is never closed. <P>
