Apartment Review for The Lexington

This is a review of our attempt to view this property (a potential customer). We really liked the townhouse concept and were very interested in renting at the Lexington. As a medical student, I work odd hours and had a hard time scheduling an appointment between 8-5, so we asked if a Sunday appointment would be available. The woman told us that they were normally closed Sundays but would be there the upcoming Sunday and scheduled an appointment for 1pm. When we arrived, there was no one there. We left a message asking to reschedule. We got a call the next day and the woman said "oh, we're closed on Sundays". We know, we were told specifically that you would be there on that particular Sunday. So we reschedule for the next Wednesday at noon. Normal hours, normal weekday, they should be there. Nope, we were stood up again. Again we left a message asking them to call us. 5 days later and we have not even received a call apologizing or explaining what happened. If the office can't be bothered to be there for potential clients, how likely is it that they will be there for renters? And how is it that the office isn't even open on normal business hours? We have no intention on spending $1300 a month on a place that can't even be bothered to call us back. It's a shame, we were really interested too. Be warned!
