Apartment Reviews for Newport North Apartments - Newport Beach

This place looks nice from a distance but up close you soon see the evidence of mold stains on the ceilings. The walls are too thin. They have air conditioning units that spark 20 minutes after turning them off and instead of having them serviced, they have a 19 year old maintenance man disconnect a wire and then explain that condensation builds ups and has to burn off?! There is intermittent flooding from floor to ceiling and sewer gases make the place smell and the water funky. Maintenance doesn't always respond unless you call repeatedly and there is an idiot in the office that acts like she belongs on the back of a motorcycle and thinks shes above the law. She walks in on tenants while they're showering if the door isn't answered right away and if shes caught, says couldn't reach you by telephone. This menopausal nut job is suspicious of everyone and everything. She pounds on doors and screams to open them as if the building is on fire! She even threatened to evict a woman because her service dog was breed restricted! (Against State AND Federal Laws!) I couldn't get out of there fast enough! An absolute circus!!
