Apartment Review for Garden Green Apartments

I lived here for for almost 4 years now. At first everything that the other reviews said were true, from Recycle Mike who lives to collect plastic and aluminum cans and bottles. He fills the bed of his Ford Ranger pickup every 4-5 days. This guy is an uber-nerd to the community parties. A over all great place to live for up and coming actors/dance or if it your first place on your own (i.e myself)...but now that the new managers are here and EVERYTHING has changed. The quick professional service gone, the friendly atmosphere gone, recycle Mike still here...In 1 month alone 5 people have moved out from how bad the new mangers are! Something is ALWAYS broken, the pool use to get clean twice a week, now 2 times a month. Seto Setu, how ever you say his name, doesn't do anything! I ask him to fix something in my place and it took him DAYS to get back to me his reply was "You didn't fill out the fix it report." I fill it out, DAYS pass by, and it still not fixed. if someone asks for one of the managers he is nowhere to be found, and yet he lives one site...On top of all of that the new managers are NOW nickel and dime-ing everything, from parking to letting you into your apartment (low-key pocketing it) Sad to say I don't know how long Ill be staying here long if this keeps up.
