Pacific Pointe is one of the more affordable buildings in the San Fernando Valley, but don't be fooled by the "luxury" title it bestows upon itself. The building is solid, the carpeting is new, and, for the most part, the upkeep on the property is solid. I lived at Pacific Pointe from April 2002 through October 2004. During this time period, I saw the management quality dwindle sharply. In 2003, the management was replaced, and the quality of living in the building took a nosedive. The new managers were rude, inept at resolving noise issues, and took months to make basic repairs to the building. On the whole though, Pacific Pointe is a good budget-conscious domicile. The parking is good and the freeway access is unbeatable.

I have two friends living in this complex and both of them are very happy. Of course, their apartments are not facing the highway! The facilities are in great condition, well kept and the management is very responsive to tenants' needs. They told me that things get fixed promptly and they never had any problems. For the price you won't find such a well equipped and quality place to live around this neighborhood. They have a large pool, hot tub and showers, gym, tennis and basketball court. And last but not least the 2br apts. come with 2 parking spots! Now, that's really hard to find. Overall, considering other prices out there, this one definitely worth what you pay for.

Pacific Pointe has awesome apartments. Pretty inexpensive for all that you get. Two parking spots, pretty tight but you get them. There is a pool, a hot tub, a gym, a sauna, a tennis court there is also a basketball court that is in ok shape. The apartments are large and spacious. The only complaint I have is the management, and maintenance. The management is rude and heartless and do not care about their tenants, all they care about is their money and saving money. Maintenance to apartments takes forever to get done and is sometimes not done right. Make sure you inspect the EXACT apartment you are going to buy before you sign anything or move in. Besides management all the tenants are great and the environment is wonderful.
