well, been here 2 years. the manager is not controlling and evicting the criminals out of here. college students all doped up... smoking weed. 2 buildings and there are russian human smugglers running an i.d. theft ring out of here. 2nd building has prostitute running her game, *********** being shot there too (managers husband), lot's of loud fighting with certain tenants who the manager is powerless to evict, it seems. this tenant plays the muslim threats and even pretends he's a cop and has flashed a gun looking thing at other tenants... the gate is always broken, people breaking the front door constantly, street people coming and going all the time, lot's of strange stuff going on here. it is a scary place to be for sure. many new tenants are in fear, i have informed them i am going too. this place is a horrible and run down place. don't come here to live if you want normalcy and peace. the csun students are another huge problem. many break in's of cars in our supposed 'gated' lot. the alley on the side and rear are dangerous, prostitutes and drug dealing all night back there. the alley is gross, filthy. place is old and needs to be updated and we need a security guard here... bye.
