Moldy, Crime-Ridden, And Flooding

Nothing has changed since the year that I lived here. The windows leaked and the walls wept for us. There was a lot of mold and crime surrounding the building. Cars in gated parking lots were broken into and the tenants that had lived here for long were all enemies. Not a creative-inducing atmosphere.
