Great Living In Oakland

Management Staff and Maintenance are #1 and are receptive to any complaint or work order. Property does need a makeover though but I'm sure they are working on it. Apartments are good sized and for the area, are priced right. Very few apartments allow pets but we can have 2 under 25 lbs. (I don't think they use a scale however). We are very happy here and live on the courtyard level where they have a gas grill and many tenant functions. Wonderful!
