The onsite manager was great..problem is that the management company (Davis-Paul) would not let her manage and as the other reviewer stated, no matter when you sent in your rent, it was always late and posted on the 6th..never mind if if was a weekend or holiday and they were closed..they received it on the 6th. Management company has "issues"..don't know if they are inept or crooked. They don't know tenant-landlord law, that is for sure (or they do and hope that you don't). They were letting in a lot of ghetto-types when we left, so we got to enjoy the never-ending scent of weed from next door, not to mention their "guests" letting themselves up on OUR balcony to wait for the neighbors to arrive home.

Under a different management company, would be a good place to live. IF you must live there, keep every little scrap of paper about everything..it will come in handy when you take them to court.
