Super Manager, Management Company From Hell

Rented: From 2003 To 2004

The resident manager is wonderful. The management company is inept and/or crooked. Doesn't matter when you send rent checks and whether ot not you send it with Priority Mail/signature confirmation..they received it on the 2nd or 3rd..still count on a $75 late fee as it won't post until the 6th. Also will "pad" utility bills. Was nice when we moved in; had turned into a ghetto when we left.
