A Lot Of Crime Problems

There have been a lot of thefts in this building. I had a bike stolen. Several cars have been broken into recently. I regularly see notes posted by people asking others to return their stolen laundry.

Maintenance is not great. Most requests get taken care of, and there have been some renovations. However, not all of our [reasonable] requests have been fulfilled, and the response is slow.

Overall, I like the building. The location is very convenient for shopping (Safeway a block away), 20 min walk to Rockridge BART, College Ave 5 minutes away.
