Review for Gilbert Towers Apartments

The on-site manager is wonderful. The management company SUCKS. Doesn't matter what day your rent check arrives..they post it on the 6th. I even tried sending Priority Mail with signature confirmation..signed for on the 3rd, posted on the 6th. The area is nice and quiet, virtually crime-free, building is well-kept, secure and close to everything, yet peaceful. Pool is well-maintained, laundry facilities and garbage service are more than adequate. Parking is adequate, though they did charge me an extra $25 a month for a second space, which for this area, is a deal.
