Review for Moss Terrace Apartments

Pros: Management company replaces carpet and appliances in phases so we had a new microwave, new carpet but an older refrigerator. Huge bedrooms and valuted ceilings on the top floor are great. (Can't find a new place with bedrooms equal in size.) Exterior will be painted after balconies are complete. Secure building. Attractive interior. People keep to themselves. Close enough to Piedmont Ave to walk but far enough away that it's not overly expensive.

Cons: We've been without a balcony for almost six months and had leakage problems due to the warped balcony. No BBQ's allowed. No pets allowed. Parking can be a pain if you have more than one car per apartment. Loud outside noise if you live on the side facing the freeway.

Nice place and worth it for the money, but there's room for improvement.
