Recently the Oalkand Police Department raided an apartment in the Landing and found large amounts of various drugs and items associated with prostitution, which is tied to organized crime in the area. I've live there about a year and a half, it is by far the worst management company to deal with. The location is decent, close to JL Square, by the estuary, the pool and work out room are nice, as well as the maintenance of the grounds, but that doesn't make up for poor customer service, heartless treatment of residents and fake fascades. The construction is poor = noise, the design is bad = no ventilation in the bathrooms. Maintenance crew is nice. Still none of this matters when you consider managements non-intervention with problems in the complex and complete denial of there existance.

The Landing at Jack London Square should be shut down, it endagers it's residents through naivity and cruel uncaring business practices. You know how in fairy tales the bad guys/girls often disguise themselves as a handsome/pretty and charming person. Don't buy it, sooner or later you'll realize you bit the poison apple.
