Convenient, Nice Views But Poor Management.

I moved here 3 years ago and I am fairly satisfied. The views are nice and I love be so close to so many things. Almost everything and I mean everything is within walking distance. The pool is also great to have.

Management is slow to respond to requests. There is not enough washers and dryers (3 of each for over 40 units) and the garage has never been cleaned. Minor problems with crime which can be avoived with some common sense.
