Move here is you dont mind...
1. Never being able to have friends over, as there is virtually no parking.
2. Having to walk for blocks, as there is not sufficient parking for tenants.
3. Having insult to added to injury as you finish your mile hike and see Security guard coming back from her break and parking in a garage (She doesn't live here)after you were toold that alll garages and caarports were full.
4. Don't mind that one of the maintanence workers drinks beer in the kiddie pool area ( although it is posted no glass allowed)
5. kids yelling and screaming at all hours especially in the summer as their parents seem to think that ths community is safe and no child care is needed.
6. don't mind being awakened at least a couple of times per month by either drunk college kids partying in the walkways or parking lots, or by couples fighting.
7. Don't mind seeing how other people are given preferential treatment when it comes to parking... You do get one assigned spot and this so called open spot and you notice that some people includinng the employees have 2-3 cars in assigned parking spaces, and when you complain to the management they assure you that it is a figment of your imagination.
8. Don't mind that he management picks and chooses whose rent goes up at the end of their lease. ( we've lived here nearly 2 years and were surprised when we've spoken to people who've been here longer and some new tentents and found out that their rent was nearly $200. cheaper, when discussed with management, we were advised that those tenents rents will be going up soon)
9. Cleaning your toilet seats only to find that they have been painted over ( instead of replaced) and the paint comes off with lysol.
10. Don't mind the paint chipping off all the cabinets.
11. don't mind being given notice to keep your bikes out of site, while the maintenance workers have bikes under their stairwell.
12. Don't mind puttting a work order for repairs and still waiting ( 2 months later) for repairs to be completed.
13. The maintanece workerrs don't know what their doing, I've given up on having my air conditioning repaired
14. did I mention theflying roaches¿ especially by the pools at night. ( Management say's that they're water bugs)
15. Speaking about pools... eeww stay away as they are not cleaned often enough for the amount of people that use it and it is not shocking to find mold and glass at the bottom of the pools. If you do venture there make sure to shower immediatly after to avid a rash.
16. did I mention the security guard either A. Hanging out with one of her pregnant tenant friends B. hanging out in her "office" aka as closet watching movies.
17. The state of the art fitness center which usually has one machine that works.
18. Did I mention the loud parties?
19.Asbestos.
20. The yucky trees with the ppurple flowers that you have to sweep everyday otherwise you will be trailing into your apartment.
I wanted to move within the 1st 2 weeks of living here, but my husband said it was too much trouble to move, not we are looking for anoother place as he has been unable to find parking ever since he changed work schedule. For the price you can find something better.
