Review for Orangewood Villa Apartments

This place is DISGUSTING! There are rats crawling up & down the trees. They leave poop all over our balcony. What you see is what you get when you move in. In other words, DON'T ASK FOR ANY MAINTENANCE! Sure, everything looks nice when you come in to see it. But LOOK CLOSELY! The shelves are not put in right, and wiring is bad, and all the appliances are probably original! VERY OLD! The heaters and air conditioner are fire hazards. The owner is a crazy, rude old man. The manager is his crazy, rude old daughter. They have the manners of no one I can compare them to. They are nasty people that couldn't care less about the tenants. They will turn on you in an instant. DON'T TRUST THEM!
