Apartment Review for Allure Apartments and Lofts

At first, you're fooled by the luxurious looks of the apartment... Little do you know, after you sign the 1 year contract, you are locked in... After 1 day/week of living here, you slowly notice that there are so many negative things about the apartments. Number ONE: The management is really bad at taking care of things. Right now, you say that you would never need managements help, but TRUST ME, you will. The manager, Kristin never is in the office, she will never get back to you. Gretchel, the assistant manager, claims that she will personally help you when she really does not, she is the biggest b#$&*. And the rest of the staff is just plain unhelpful. Number TWO: the W-A-L-L-S are EXTREMELY thin. You can hear anything above, below and to the sides of you. There are nothing but college students playing LOUD music in the middle of the night and you could even hear them 2 flights up! Number THREE: actually this should be number one, but there are an infestation of ANTS, even if you are on the highest floor. Everyone that I talk to here, has that problem. Kristin and Gretchel has not resolved that problem and I know they never will. Number FOUR: You just don't want to live here. Try the Renaissance next door from us, they have a better management system. My wife and I should have gone with them... Hope this helps, good luck!
