Apartment Review for Holland Residential

Do not make business with Covington Farms Apartments. It my look like a beautiful place, but the managment is rude, the parking is horrible, and cars get broken into atleats once a day. We have been living here for two years and we have been getting nothing but bad servise. What they say on their website about making your life comfortable is a lie. They spend all the money they get on stupid stuff, when they could use it to make more parking, and increase the security. They are nice to you untill they sign you into a contract and then they are rude, and slap on more fee's for stupid things.
I don't know what other Holland Residential apartments are like, but I would not recomend you move into Covington Farms. Oh and you could end up paying 850$ for a one bedroom like us while someone else in a renivated 2 bedroom is paying 750$. So ya, try looking somwhere else.
